Frequently asked questions
How do I earn RPG coins?
Sign in before you check out. 1% of the product price of every order is credited as coins — for example a ₹40,000 refrigerator earns 400 coins. Cash-on-delivery orders earn instantly; online payments earn as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What is a coin worth?
1 coin = ₹1. Coins are deducted from your bill at checkout like cash.
How do I redeem coins?
At checkout, choose how many coins to use (minimum 100 coins = ₹100). You can redeem part of your balance and keep the rest, up to the product value of that order.
Do coins expire?
Coins stay active as long as you shop or redeem at least once every 12 months. After 12 months without activity the balance expires. We email you a reminder about 30 days before.
What happens if an order is cancelled?
Coins you used come straight back to your balance, and coins earned on that order are removed.
Can I earn coins on showroom purchases?
Yes — share your registered mobile number or email at our R.K. Puram or Yusuf Sarai showroom and our team will credit the coins to your account.
Where can I see my balance and history?
Your balance shows next to the cart icon once you sign in. Open My Account → RPG Coins for the full history of coins earned, redeemed and expired.
